By accessing or using TansyFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TansyFlow is a salon and spa management platform designed for beauty and grooming professionals. The Service helps you manage visits, customers, staff, expenses, loyalty, memberships, inventory, payments, and related business operations from one dashboard. TansyFlow may also connect to third-party tools (such as WhatsApp or payment providers) to support bookings and collections. TansyFlow is built to run your floor — not to replace every tool you already use.

3. Account Registration

• You must create an account to use the Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must provide accurate information and keep your account information up to date

4. Platform Integrations

When you connect a third-party platform (such as WhatsApp, UPI, or a payment gateway) to TansyFlow:

• You authorize TansyFlow to access the data needed to operate the connected feature
• TansyFlow will only use connected platforms for the purposes you enable (for example booking messages or payment collection)
• You can disconnect or disable integrations at any time from your settings, which revokes further use of that connection
• Your use of connected platforms remains subject to their respective terms of service

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Share your account credentials with others

7. Service Availability

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by TansyFlow. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
